Clients, letters, mailboxes and prompts are stored on your computer. First business contact is delicate work: it is not outsourced to someone else's servers.
The table, tax IDs, letters and replies never hit our server. We know the account and payment — not your outreach list.
Your SMTP and IMAP, plus an anti-spam pause. The client sees you, not a third-party sender.
Prompts with column placeholders: the letter is built from the client's data, not a generic template.
Create letter templates for different tasks — proposals, meeting requests, event invites and more. AI uses these templates for the first contact with your client.
