Refund policy

1. What can be refunded

Paid 30- or 365-day subscriptions. The free 25-letter trial is not refundable. The end of the paid period is not a refund by itself: access lasts until the period ends and nothing is charged automatically.

2. Amount

Unused days of the current paid period, rounded to the nearest rouble. Partial refunds below 1 RUB are not sent. Consumers: article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law (pay for what was actually provided). Businesses: article 782 of the Civil Code.

3. How to apply

Open the paid payment in the cabinet: https://cabinet.outrch.pro/payments. One open request at a time.

4. After approval

Access stops. Money goes back via YooKassa to the original method. The email and phone from the request are blocked from new registration.

5. Refused

No covering subscription or unused days; unpaid payment; already refunded; account blocked for offer/anti-spam violations; request about free trial volume only.
