Privacy policy

1. General

This policy describes how Individual entrepreneur Ларцев Дмитрий Владимирович, OGRNIP 325645700112850 (the Operator) processes personal data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

It applies to https://outrch.pro, the cabinet, the API and the Outrch desktop app (the Service). The Russian text at https://outrch.pro/legal/privacy prevails.

Personal data of Russian citizens is processed in databases located in the Russian Federation.

2. Operator

Operator: Individual entrepreneur Ларцев Дмитрий Владимирович, OGRNIP 325645700112850.

Requests: support@outrch.pro.

3. Data we process

Account data: name, email, phone, optional organisation and tax ID, password hash, consent timestamps, subscription and YooKassa payment identifiers (not full card numbers), device fingerprint, session cookie, UI language, technical logs, OTP codes.

We do not receive your outreach client list, letter bodies, SMTP passwords, CRM contents or local AI prompts. Those stay on your computer.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not process special-category or biometric data.

4. Purposes and grounds

Registration, contract performance, payments and refunds, service emails, security, optional marketing if you tick a separate box, and legal duties.

Grounds: consent (art. 6(1)(1) 152-FZ), contract (art. 6(1)(5)), legitimate interests for security (art. 6(1)(7)), and legal obligations.

You are the operator of your recipients’ data. We do not process your mailing list.

5. Recipients

YooKassa for payments; our mail provider for service emails; public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell data. We do not transfer your account data abroad. If you connect a foreign AI or SMTP yourself, that transfer happens on your side.

6. Retention

Account data while the account exists and as accounting law requires; session until logout; language cookie until deleted; device hash while the licence is bound (and during cooldown); OTPs until used or expired.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, complaint to Roskomnadzor or a court. Withdrawal of processing needed for the contract ends access. Write from your registered email to support@outrch.pro.
