Anti-spam policy

This policy is part of the public offer. Outrch sends mail from the User’s own mailbox, not from the Licensor’s servers.

Cold email is allowed only as bona fide business communication. Spam, deception and unlawful bulk mail are forbidden.

The User is the operator of recipient data, must comply with Russian advertising law (No. 38-FZ) where the message is advertising, must not use illegally obtained lists, must not forge headers, and must stop mailing anyone who asks.

Forbidden content includes phishing, malware, pyramid schemes, illegal goods, special-category personal data, and IP infringement.

The Licensor may suspend the account for violations without refunding the paid period. Reports: support@outrch.pro.
